Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.

For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must also be provided.

For non-quality-related returns, Anker will only refund the cost of the product itself.

For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.
